HOW LONG IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Orders will be processed and prepared within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the first day of the next working week.

Please note working days do not include holidays

DELIVERY TIME

Once the order is processed, we will send your goods to the shipping company. It usually takes 7 – 15 days for you to receive the goods. There will be an email notification of your order before it is shipped. In addition, in some cases due to factors such as weather or overloaded orders, the delivery time may be delayed by a few days, please wait.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After receiving the confirmation email, you will receive a second email informing you that your order has been sent. The email will also provide the necessary shipping information for you to track your order.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
