HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER?

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00pm(EST) Monday to Friday

Orders will be processed and prepared within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the first day of the following business week.

Please note that business days do not include holidays

DELIVERY TIME

After your order is processed, we will send the goods to the shipping company. It usually takes 7 – 15 days for you to receive the goods. You will be notified via email about your order before shipping.

In addition, in some cases due to factors such as weather or order overload, the delivery time may be delayed by a few days, please wait.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After receiving the confirmation email, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped. The email will also provide you with the necessary shipping information to track your order.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
